‘Young Minds‘ is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the well being and mental health of children and young people.

People turned up in their masses at events across North Somerset to help celebrate a national awareness campaign, which brings people together by getting them to talk about their mental health, called ‘Time To Talk‘ day.

The NHS have teamed up with Age UK to write this practical guide to healthy ageing. The advice in this booklet will help improve the health and general fitness of people of any age, but is written to be particularly relevant for people 70 or over

This is a practical guide for anyone who looks after a friend or family member or have any form of caring responsibilities. It is particularly useful to anyone who are about 65 or older and are new to caring.
