SEN strategy and top funding changes
There are just a few days left to have your say in this review in the way TUF works for young people with Special Educational Needs in North Somerset.
North Somerset Council is looking for your views on changes to the process and criteria for assessing the need for funding, for young people with Special Educational Needs as well as the funding to be made available to schools.
The deadline is January 12 at 23.59pm – use this link for the online survey
TUF arrangements were the subject of an independent review during 2019. Changes are required to the way in which TUF works to meet increased demand and to ensure that appropriate support is available to the children and young people that need it. More medium-term additional measures are planned through the review of Specialist and Alternative Provision.
