In 2019/2020, 385 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us. In North Somerset, we evaluated the mental health support available for children and young people in their schools and collages. We identified service gaps for people with cancer, autistic spectrum disorders, and learning disabilities, and provided how-to guides to using online apps and websites to ensure everyone could access the healthcare they needed.
