Enter and View at Yatton surgery

Healthwatch North Somerset are carrying out a number of visits to GP surgeries in North Somerset to ascertain the experience and opinions of local patients. Yatton surgery was selected as part of this. 

This report includes all their findings and information collected by the team, including the observations of the building, reception area, waiting rooms, information boards and leaflets as well as the views of the patients they spoke to.
