Enter and View - Banwell Surgery

We visited Banwell surgery as part of our efforts to visit several North Somerset GP practices to ascertain the experience and opinions of local patients. 

There were several observations and findings that are detailed in the report. There were several good points, such as the personal touch calling patients through in person, and a few recommendations to improve. 

The report below details all our observations from the building, reception area, waiting rooms and the information boards and leaflets that were available to patients. These observations, together with the views expressed by patients and staff shaped our recommendations to try and enable the service to improve for their patients.
