Enter and view at Clarence Park Surgery

Clarence Park was selected to be viewed under our campaign to visit as many GP practices across North Somerset as possible. Clarence Park has been part of Locality Health Centre since October 2017. They have approximately 5,000 patients registered with them. 

The report details all the observations the team made, from the lack of signage outside making it difficult to find to the waiting room which was clean and tidy and with plenty of room for wheelchair users. 

All the observations are collected together in this report and they highlight they areas where the surgery are doing well, and they form any recommendations we put to Clarence Park to try and help them improve the service they offer.
