Enter and View at Tudor Lodge
On 7th March Healthwatch North Somerset did an enter and view at Tudor Lodge as part of our aims to visit as many GP practices across North Somerset as we can.
Our observations on Tudor Lodge included
- The building was considered to be in a good state. It was clean and tidy inside and out and had good internal decoration.
- The surgery signage is clear
- There are no disabled parking spaces
- Reception desk was easily accessible for wheelchair users.
- They had a good information board with plenty of information for their patients
- The patients overall responses were that the doctors were good.
We made a few recommendations to improve the service based on our observations, however did not hear back from the provider whether they will be implementing these ideas.
