Healthwatch North Somerset conducted an enter and view at Graham Road surgery in Weston-super-Mare

2018 we aimed to visit as many GP practices as we could to ascertain the experience and opinions of local patients. Graham Road surgery was chosen for an Enter & View visit. 

The report includes all our findings from the views of the public to the staff together with our observations and recommendations to  help improve the service they offer. We had a response from the practice manager regarding our recommendations and observations and her response is included at the end of the report
