Have your say: attending Southmead Hospital A&E department
This survey has now closed.
Southmead Hospital is working on making improvements to its Accident & Emergency (A&E) department. To do this, staff need to know what's working well and what could be done better.
If you've recently attended A&E as a walk-in patient (as opposed to being transported by ambulance or another emergency service), North Bristol NHS Trust wants to know how you decided where to go for help, what the experience was like when you were there, and if you used any other NHS services before attending the A&E department.
To share your experience, please fill in our short, confidential survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NBTED21
