New Healthwatch contract is announced to cover three areas
New Healthwatch contract across three areas

We are pleased to hear that our bid was successful and winning the contract will mean we can continue our commitment to strengthening the voice of local residents so people can tell us how health and care services are working for them. The three Healthwatch services, however, will not be merged and will retain their separate titles and distinct identities.

The new contract, which will start on October 1, will also not affect our work, giving people the opportunity to speak up about the services they use. People who want to leave a review or share their experiences should not notice any changes.

We are delighted that we will soon be working across three Healthwatch areas and will widen our reach to cover Bristol and South Gloucestershire in addition to North Somerset.
