The truth about Kooth services your young people

Due to additional funding via the Future in Mind initiative, young people up to the age of 25 can now be supported if they have a learning disability or are leaving care.

The Kooth awareness event is being organised by Bridging The Gap Together – a community interest company for young people, parents and carers who may be experiencing difficulties with everyday stresses and strains.

The session will be run by Jayne Archer, integration and participation worker for Kooth in North Somerset on Thursday 16th May from 6pm-9pm at Cleeve Village Hall, Cleeve, Bristol BS49 4PG. Improving mental health support for children and young people

Children and young people told us they needed better mental health support in schools. We identified that there were gaps in service provision. Now, Mental Health Support Teams are being introduced to secondary schools across the local area.
