British Sign Language
This course will benefit those who wish to develop sign language skills to communicate better with customers and colleagues who have hearing loss or other communication difficulties. By the end of the course, participants will be able to use British sign language for customer service skills to communicate and translate phrases using a variety of techniques including deaf awareness, descriptive signs and finger spelling alphabet.
