Today sees the launch of #ItStartsWithYou. This campaign is an opportunity to celebrate the people who help make health and social care services better by speaking up about their experiences.

You can anonymously share your views of a service you’ve used with Healthwatch North Somerset. Whether positive or negative, let us know and we will pass all feedback on to those in charge who actually make the decisions. By law they have to listen to us and respond to any of our feedback or recommendations.

We welcomed the public to our AGM on October 29th with two speakers from Sirona and North Somerset Council’s Public Health department.
Sirona already runs the South Gloucestershire service and will cover Bristol and North Somerset too from April next year.
