This event is being run by North Somerset Parent Carers Working Together (NSPCWT). Come along to meet other carers and access signposting and support from their Peer Support team.
We'll be there to listen to your feedback about local health and social care services. We can also offer you information and guidance about services that could help you or your loved ones.
